The one thing nobody tells you
Your still their children so they were a bit overbearing, at first it was lovely I was waited on and my washing done it was like living in a hotel but then when i needed space it wasnt there. Having said that after a discussion with them we both set our boundaries and its been great ever since 10/10 would recommend!

The boundaries conversation is key. I did the same at 29 and it only worked because we treated it like a proper house share with ground rules.
