Started therapy
The one thing nobody tells you
Starting therapy was so scary but I am so glad I done it! At first the first couple of months I would say I felt that Iβd made a mistake because I felt like I was bringing up emotions that I just did not want to deal with so it was quite stressful and emotional but when I stuck it through I now realised itβs not about forgetting itβs about learning how to cope with the emotions

The one thing nobody tells you
That people's opinions about it lasted about three months and then they completely stopped caring. I wasted so much energy worrying.
